    These are the fights I miss now that so much of UK boxing sits behind the DAZN pay wall. Only thing that puts me off this one is the location, the casino crowds seem very apathetic. Presumably its a lucrative place to stage it, but the atmosphere suffered in the past.

    I was tempted to go watch this but I had an amateur show booked in for tomorrow.... Now its cancelled because of a flu going through the gym... Ah well will need to just watch it on TV instead

    Yep good card, just not buying the line that it’s their best ever Monte Carlo card although I’m sure they don’t believe it themselves and it’s just promotional talk.

    I was there on a stag do but only spent one day in Monte Carlo and Monaco generally. This was when the Cannes Film Festival was on and the weekend before the F1 so priced everywhere in the south of France were jacked up. But yes Monaco is a different level of expensive.

    Banging on about this being the best card they’ve EVER had in Monte Carlo is a bit like bragging about being the best NXTGEN card ever. So what?
