I think Ruiz would be able to outbox him and even stop him, I wish them both the best.

Ruiz. His speed would be a killer for Fabio, looking at how Huni was lighting him up. He may also not be saved by his power - Ruiz has a great chin.

    Fat Andy UD10 (or 12)

Wardley's Schtick seems to be the ability to survive and blast through someone, that ain't all that rare at HW, and that was not how you beat Fat Andy. Not that Andy was some world beater, he wasn't but if your flaws play into his strength...............yeah, he'd eat that up (no pun intended)

Yep. Ruiz isn't going to be one-shotted like that. Not happening. Had that been Ruiz in there, he'd have survived that moment, recovered, then continued the whoopin.

Wardley is good and has been on a hot steak but Ruiz at his best is a level above him.
I think it would be a good fight with Ruiz winning a decision or getting a late stoppage.

Not that Ruiz Jr has done anything to deserve this fight, but if he somehow managed to beat some top 10 guys to get it, I wouldn’t mind seeing this fight even today. I think it would be a very entertaining scrap, despite Andy being past his best.

    Andy Ruiz KO

    I going round 11

Think Wardley would have a tough time not having the hand speed advantage

Ruiz couldn't put away a 40+ year old Ortiz who's chin had been cracked.

Ruiz couldn't put away a totally past it Liakhovich.

Ruiz went life and death with a 40 year old Arreola.

I'd love to know where Ruiz is stopping Wardley is coming from.

Ruiz lost to a greener version of Parker.

Wardley convincingly beat a more experienced Parker who was on the best win streak of his career.

Huni has better movement than Ruiz who has concrete feet.

    Wardley wins.

Eh, this won’t happen. What WILL happen is Ruiz vs Ituama. They’re looking for guys with a chin and a name who aren’t likely to win. Well, Ruiz is a former world champ with a chin, and who is well past his best. He’s very much there for the Ituama resume if someone comes up with a few mil to pay him to make it happen.

a great fight for Wardley right now would be Hrgovic.

I’d be down for this fight as well, why not?
