This would be a fight worth watching and I wish both of them all the best.

It could be a great fight. Hope we see it someday. At the moment I'd slightly favour Wardley due to his size, granite chin and savage power.

No, he doesn't. Opetaia shows him what a real world champion looks like.

How on earth has Parker been protected? He's either fought or tried to fight most of the top ten wherever possible.

Wardley also gets my respect for just going for it. Already has a better resume than Kabayel

Highly doubt that would happen. Wardley isn't some random bloke nobody has heard of.

Simple. Badou Jack is a past it never was and Zurdo is a champ of an extremely weak cruiserweight division.

I am very reluctant to elevate Jai over any elite HWs because its easy for a good HW to look amazing at CW. This ain't Usyks generation either which was better then this one. We really don't know how to convert what Opetaias doing at CW to HW.

But I would very cautiously pick him to beat Wardley.

No he doesn't. Its fairly obvious Kabayels the better HW.

Come from behind KOs is not a sustainable way to win fights at the top level. And thus far thats all Wardleys shown he can do at that level.

One thing's for sure: Any round-robin involving Kabayel, Wardley and Opetaia would be kick-ass. The kind of fights I want to see....

no doubt, Kabayel is a favorite over Wardley h2h. But resume? Parker is a big scalp. Kabayel has nothing on that level.

although when I think about it h2h…. The fight Kabayel likes is exactly the thing Wardley is best at. Maybe that’s closer to 50/50 than we think.

Can we actually say that when Kabayels best wins is an old Zhang and Chisora from a decade ago?

It doesn't matter how far behind he is, if Wardley is KOing quality opponents he's still winning.

The fans would be the real winners here. Bombs away, old boy!

Opetaia has superior skills and speed, but Wardley is naturally larger, hits harder, and likely has the better chin. out of respect for the proven big boy, I’m picking Big Fabio to win in a properly high-octane and visually indulgent shootout. one that’ll have me clutching my pearls and biting my lip from start to finish as both have that ferocious ''Eye of the Tiger'' very much inside both of them much like that guy in that motion picture.

2 fights. Thats it 2 fights. He did not deserve an interim world title shot against a 12-0 fighter.

Its not sustainable. Wilder for all people made fun of him for being limited only has 1 comeback KO.

Frank Sanchez technically isn't a contender yet but hes one of the best HWs in the world. Better than Parker IMO.

Sanchez likely never will get a title shot because he simply isn't all that he's made out to be imo. He's also getting very old.

Kabayel is out fighting bums while Wardley is out to challenge himself. That earns some serious respect

Would be a good fight, Jai likes his distance though and I think that is where Wadley can have success.
He's had decent moments VS Clarke and Parker in the trenches.
I'd lean towards Jai at this point but Wardley is live with his size, toughness and power.
