19 people (so far) have selected Paul by KO.

    That’s hilarious.

Perhaps they think that this might be a fix? Paul to be given the KO, and then the rematch making even more money where AJ flattens him?

    Hahaha.

And if a nigh on a miracle DOES happen, you'll never hear the end of it...They'll be dining out on this prediction 'win' until the end of Spring...

    What has boxing become?

This is like early 90s Mike Tyson fighting Eddie Murphy after a couple of years of boxing training and steroids.

But he'll still be able to say he did something a normal person wouldn't even be able to, or dare to, do.
And he will generate a lot of money from it too. For himself and others.

I don't really understand the "hate" for Jake Paul. I haven't paid much attention to him before this fight was made. I literally ignored him for the most part, and so he hasn't bothered me at all.

But, assuming a 50% chance that this fight is on the level and will go ahead, I can't see anything wrong with what he's doing. People complain when these 'Youtubers' fight exhibitions and hog the limelight with their pathetic low-level insignificant fights, but they seem to be just as bothered by the fact that he might be risking it all and engaging in a real fight for once.

The irony is people think Jake Paul coming from his background is somehow not a 'real boxer', but actually he's not a whole lot different from the vast majority of professional boxers.
He's probably far more of a full-time boxer, and more intensely trained, than a lot of local prospects are.

This is utter garbage. He had no amateur career (Which just about all professionals in the history of boxing had to some extent) and has fought mostly guys w/o real boxing experience in favor of old and smaller UFC guys.

You Paul stans are something else....

Go have a look at some average boxers on boxrec, or better yet, go and talk to them. Most don't have much experience and don't train full-time. Yes, they usually have some amateur experience, but some very good ones don't.
The likelihood is that Paul has spent a lot of time training.

I'm no fan of Paul (I've never watched his fights anyway), but he deserves credit if he steps in the ring with AJ.
Whereas AJ deserves NONE for stepping in the ring with Paul.

Maybe not trolling but what else can be done in a thread like that ?

Jake has in a true bout about the same chances against aj as fella next door against the uk champion .

So its obvious the fight is "fake" when this goes more than 1 round .

Since nevertheless i fully expect this fight to look close , maybe even jake "winning" we all really can only joke about this a bit.

That said : i will watch thw fight

Nah, hes now had 13 sanctioned pro fights, one exhibition fight, and has been training since 2018. He is a professional boxer, like it or not.
And from what I have seen, he has had some pretty good sparring experience too, as he does take his fight camps seriously.
I dont think a lot of 12-1 guys go through full camps the way he does.

I think his career is a total joke, but he has fought some actual boxers, and ones with plenty of experience. Paul is a low level boxer, and his lack of experience does show in his fights, that and his low boxing IQ. But to his credit he did beat experienced MMA guys when he himself was relatively inexperienced in boxing.
