Yes, if any of them was ready to move down to 168, the argument could be made. But he is under no obligation to move up. It's at 168 he's champ.

And at the end of the day, he's 38 and has had a great career. Can't blame him for retiring. Smart move. As long as he doesn't hold the championsip hostage he doesn't owe anyone anything.

How so what? Your premise doesn't make sense, nor is it accurate. That's just your opinion that EVERY undefeated fighter has never tested themselves. Read that to yourself and see how silly it is.

The post I was responding to said nothing about Hagler. But since you brought it up, do the math. Duran fighting Hagler was a 34 pound diffrence from where he started Crawford fighting Canelo was a 33 pound diffrence. So, Crawford did exactly what Duran did to show his greatness, according to the post I responded to.

On a fighter being undefeated means he never tested himself? It's pretty obvious i disagree with that. Nor can you make a blanket statement like that to include every undefeated fighter ever. Shouldn't even have to explain this.

So you think Hagler and Canelo are comparable? Also, Duran started at Banamweight.

And Duran was just 32. Tinman just wants fighters to be retired in the ring via a bad KO loss. And he's a "fan"....

They are comparable in regards to the weight difference, as he clearly showed. Or did you think he was comparing greatness?

It's pretty obvious in his post what he's comparing.
