This describes Anthony Joshua's career in the UK, to be fair.

    Hopefully, very much this.

The more I think about it, if there's any realistic possibility that the Fury fight actually happens - and Joshua believes it - then the more I think the odds of Jake seeing the final bell are very low.

If this was the cash-out for Joshua, then carrying Paul to the final bell and walking away with a UD in a scripted "no-KO" bout isn't the end of the world.

But if the Fury fight is coming and performing badly would ruin the purse?
It starts to make no sense at all to be either involved with something scripted or exposed as declined by double digit levels - and it's realistically one or the other if JP sees the end conscious.

It's a funny one because when you look at it from both sides, you come in with very different expectations about what they'd be wanting - and what they'd be willing to accept.

Any kind of set-up makes no sense for AJ unless it's his last fight and he's had his ego surgically removed... Even an agreement to stage the KO, if it's badly acted by JP, doesn't make sense.

And on the flipside anything that isn't set-up doesn't make much sense for Jake - even he's not deluded enough to not know he's way, way out of his depth.

There is no way he believes Jake Paul will win.
Someone has put him up to it to sell the fight.

The fight itself is a total mind boggle.
Not the reason of course, ($$$$$$$$$) but the two parties stake in this and how they decided on the fight's script or no script at all.

    It's full-circle horseshoe chaos theory.
When the expected outcome of a mismatch becomes so lopsided, it reaches a critical mass, and the reverse happens.

    It's science.

Realistically, Jake Paul is a young, fit 200lb man, and you can bet that a full high quality medical team will be on hand. He'll be fine.

No, it's that most fighters lie about their height but AJ does not. AJ is actually 6'6". Jake Paul is not actually 6'1". Also I wouldn't be surprised if AJ wore shoes that add a bit of height to add to the visual -- don't tell me you short kings don't know about AF1's.

Its also my guess . Jake paul wins this and then calls usyk out . Usyk will accept and fight jake paul as his final fight .

When it gets stupid enough wbo is granting some obviously false injury extensions , when it gets stupid enough wbc skips the no1 contender to call the wilder fight a legit title defence then i see no reason why jake paul should not win the fight to be called a legitimate contender for usyk,s final fight .

Were his reasons boxing or bull**** reasons? I don't want to go through all his BS.

I hope it's bull**** reasons picking Jake to win a non-fixed fight is just nonsense.
