Believe it or not, I still haven't been able to watch the Tyson debacle, ever, and actively avoid clips on Youtube. I have no desire to see Mike like that.

But I will watch Joshua, Jake, as I'm not bothered about either of them.

My prediction - To avoid seriously damaging JP via a headshot, AJ wins via a crumpling body shot.

He can always afford a new kidney (joke).

Really? You're comparing AJ to a rapest/molester? My question is, what has AJ done for you to hate him so much? Let me guess, he disrespected your god Usyk after the 2nd fight. LOL

It's a sanctioned fight with 10 Oz gloves. I don't think any of you "fix" guys understand AJs mentality. When AJ bodies this guy in less than 2 rounds, come and admit you were wrong. I'll do the same if this fight has any whiff of being rigged.

I feel like I'm trying to explain why the world is round to flat earthers talking about this fight.

I watched the Tyson-Paul event live only because my gym did a watch party. Needless to say everyone was disappointed. At least the two preceding fights were entertaining

There was a time when I though these celebrity fights were good for the sport. Writers and observers would talk about boxing enthusiasm and young fans coming to watch and staying for the other fights. I am no longer sure the benefits outweigh the negatives and that the sport by and large might be heading in the wrong direction. It always has had a wild west element lacking the structure of other sports but I feel lately it has been exploited further for money making interests degrading the quality. The boxing establishment has done a lot to undermine the sport's credibility but it feels like the vultures are swooping in for a quick buck

I want AJ to knock Paul out and prove a point and end a lot of this nonsense. I like that Paul is a good promoter and maybe helping boxing be more popular. However, his farcical fights and the BS around them I think is an overall negative. Many fans felt hosed by Pacquiao-Mayweather and Paul's fights have that scripted boring nature that reminds fans why they stopped watching boxing or never began in the first place.

I like that Saudi money has gotten big fights done and Netflix has provided some free fights. That said, I am not convinced this is long term and eventually it becomes what happened to PBC and DAZN

I remember talking to some random at the bar about Paul-Tyson after the fact and I said something along the lines of "I'm just glad Paul carried him and didn't try and hurt the old man" and the guy I was talking to got all bent out of shape and couldn't believe a 58 year old man with no knees could be hurt by a novice who was just jabbing at him and carrying the guy. People seem to forget Tyson was finished 20 years ago

These people are so dumb. If it was fixed then they would all go to jail. What blows my mind is the people who think a guy with an ego like Aj (who crashed out over losing to one of the best fighters of this generation) is going to lay down for a youtuber half his size and no real experience.

I tried explaining to a few people that Tyson looking good in training was because he only did at most 2 seconds worth of movements.
Anyone can look really good doing this, especially someone like Tyson.

The problem is that doing these same movements against a live opponent is extremely difficult. What happens when Paul steps back? What happens when Paul feints? What happens when Paul throws counters?
Well, we got the answers in the fight. Tyson was unable to close the distance or maintain any sort of momentum.

And honestly, I though Mike looked fantastic in there given his age. His problem was mainly with closing the distance, not that he didn't have issues with timing and reflexes.

People just become complete imbeciles when it comes to Tyson. Let's be for real... when was the last time we saw him at his peak? Id say he was already in decline when Buster KOd him, I was 3 at the time..just turned 39 yesterday. The guys he was beating up were not anywhere near the level of a Lennox Lewis.... post Prison Mike was a shell of himself. This notion that he is the greatest fighter ever live and no one would beat him is so overblown. The Character of "Tyson" was always bigger than the actual fighter. The fact people thought a 60 year version of this guy was still the same one from 1986 blows my mind.

Why is this fight happening? Like, seriously. Some thought by 2025 we'd have flying cars, instead......

It's happening cause for whatever reason Jake is a draw.... he is also delusional and I can't wait to see AJ fold him.
