    I've been watching boxing longer than AJ has been alive. I was boxing before AJ was even born. Honestly, this fight looks no more "scripted" than any other of AJ's fights.
    AJ is just not that great. It's not a massive surprise. He's a plodding stiff bodybuilder, 36 years old, over-cautious since he got KO'd, and he's dealing with a younger, lighter man, in a 22-foot ring.
    There's no need for a "WWE" script.

    People just don't like that their "this fight will go 30 seconds" predictions were well off.
    AJ, even when he was young fighting journeymen bums, was not winning in 30 seconds.

    I mean, tbh that was the round I was gonna put my bets on. Rounds 4, 5 and 6.

    Outside of AJ getting hit with one or two big shots, fight went very much like how I thought it would.

    I was a little dissapointed AJ didnt shorten his punches up when in close, and do more inside fighting, and Im very, very disappointed Jake wasnt rendered unconscious from that last right hand that possibly broke his jaw, I also didnt expect Jake to do quite THAT much sheer running and diving to the ground, which did extend things by rounds, but overall I expected a 'later' finish, with AJ being surgical and taking his time and slowly drowning Paul.

    I havent looked yet but no doubt theres an ocean of people out there amazed that Jake was able to run and flop his way into the 6th round against a first geared AJ, but in reality, its hard enough to finish a runner let alone when youre content to start slow like AJ was.

    But fight played out pretty close to how I saw it going, unfortunately.

    This BS fight is how these people get away this stuff.
    How can you prove Joshua wasn’t going full gas or taking it easy on him? What constitutes ‘fixed’?
