    There's even people in this thread coping and pretending otherwise. AJ is a trained killer who an Olympic gold medalist and was a unified HW world champion. Anyone who's watched enough boxing or stepped into a boxing gym could clearly see he was pulling his punches and holding back. the whole thing was a farce as we all knew it would be.

    Really really disappointed Jake wasnt rendered unconscious. The only payoff in this fight was getting to see Jake sent to the shadow realm... credit to Jakes running, chin, and I think he kinda quit (ill have to rewatch, but I think he could have gotten up if he was intent to) for leaving the fight conscious.

    Very disappointing.

    Reminds me of when Curtis Stevens got knocked on his *** so hard by Golovkin he sat back up looking like he’d been punched by godzilla. You can just tell by the clinical motion of that right hand and the sweat flying he pulled absolutely nothing there. I can see a case for well he could’ve thrown a harder punch but it was hard enough to do some serious damage either way.

    Your first sentence is key. You can’t. I only ever did a little bit of sparring but I can see as surely as you can that Joshua could have ended him earlier, that he pulled his punches, that his ‘measuring him’ (lol) was bull****

    Kind of a win for Jake to not have been slept. Optics are better even with the broken jaw.

    But, health wise, he might be worse off. That jaw may never be the same. Yikes.

    After watching that fight I actually think Jake had a decent chance to pop shot a way to a decision against Ngannou which would have looked terrible for Fury.
