Victor Loughlin controversy from the Simpson-Williamson fight

Good post craig very well said. Lots of disrespect and accusations flying about Nick peet and Adam Caterall they have some cheek to do that to a man who has put so much into boxing and obviously cares about the men throwing the leather

 

I had it 8-2 the other way and it was at best for Fury 7-3 McDermott.

That for me is the worst card I have ever seen.

Fury goes on to become a high millionaire while I met John McDermott during the day on Oxford Street a few years later and he said he was working on building the new station at Tottenham Court Road.

John knew he won the fight, John Fury told him he won the fight going out the venue and I was so impressed by his lack of bitterness.

Those disciples guys are cringe and never answer questions they are asked so why do they think they are worth an explanation?

Anyone with any common sense knows Brit boxing is bent. The refs and judges constantly show preference to A-side fighters in a way that you would have to have a severe learning difficulty not to see the pattern.

 

Terry O'Connor... Howard Foster... Victor Loughlin... Same names appearing time after time in same context.

 

Absolute clowns. They’ve realised MMA doesn’t generate the clicks in the UK so jump in on any boxing controversy they can.

Personally I feel Loughlin was annoyed that it came to Simpson getting KO’d and the ref hadn’t stopped it. Nothing dodgy going on IMO.

 

Can’t take anything the Shyte Disciples say seriously given how quickly they sold their souls for Dirty DK’s laundering front.

His head is in his hands as the fight should’ve been stopped long before, Simpson took unnecessary punishment

 

Anyone can read just about anything into just about any expression. The scoring was ridiculous but chances are that he was just a bit sickened by a boxer taking unnecessary punishment.

 

Just reminds me of Mike Dean getting annoyed at the advantage not being, well… taken advantage of. Or him celebrating goals

 

I genuinely watched the clip without any context and saw an experienced official looking exasperated at the referee’s failure to protect a fighter.

 

Spot on. Love portraying themselves as the moral compass of boxing yet couldn’t jump ship to Problellum quick enough when Kinahan was throwing drug money about.

 

Will give Vic the benefit the doubt and assume the head in hands was due to the unnecessary punishment Simpson was taking.

Although the fact he scored the first 6 out of 7 rounds for Simpson (with 1 draw) is just comically bad judging or worse.

Anyway despite the obvious bias for Simpson it was a tremendous effort from Williamson and a fantastic finish. Really pleased for him.

 

This scorecard cannot be bad judging as he is an old head and very experienced.

If that is how he views that fight then he may be better off judging a Tommy Tank Contest.

Dark forces are at work and we all know it.
