Fabio Wardley has been elevated to #1 and Murat Gassiev has entered at #10. After a year of inactivity, Tyson Fury has dropped out.

The rankings are okay, but I would like to see some of these heavyweights become more active, to fight more often.

Decent list. I'd have Huni in place of Ajagba. But other than that OK. Obviously Parker not in list as under investigation for coke use.

Seems like a good enough list. Might have Gassive ahead of Torrez. Bakole maybe should be lower

It's a crazy in between time right? If usyk left, there is noone to take over. You could turn the list below kabayel upside down and make an argument for it

I find this list a bit sad to be honest.

Kinda like a heavyweight division in 2005-7 before Wlad emerged as the man.

It's crazy and sad that 41 year old Chisora with 36-13 record deserves to be ranked above half the guys in the top10.

The winner of Wardley v Kabayel would have a good claim to take over from Usyk.

Usyk hasn't been doing much the last few years anyway. He looks great every time he fought, but he's had low activity - and has only fought ONE of those contenders ranked there.

I have argued a lot for kabayel to be the prime challenger for usyk. But honestly his career maneuvering is disappointing. I want to see him in meaningful fights, but after such a long time we get knyba.

Wardley has delivered and an awesome story, but he would have lost if the referee didn't call it a night for exhausted but capable parker. Basically won by exhaustion against parker who already lost the same kind of fight against joyce who is a non factor now.
Also wardley has shown many vulnerabilities so far. He is an overachiever and I wish him the best of luck. Gives us exciting fights.

I Love to watch both these guys and hope they get in the ring with dubois or at least other top ten fighters. But I can't argue for them being the next big thing. Right now it doesn't seem like one of them will last long on the top. Itauma might take them or be a hype job who knows?

    On the positive side:
If usyk was gone we would have an amazing heavyweight landscape, it would be a level lower than it is with usyk, but everyone can los against anyone of the others

These HWs are worse than 2005-2007.

Certainly a weak top 10 of HWs.

A lot of big dogs out of the picture for now and probably for good in Parker, AJ and Fury.

Chisora deserves to be ahead of Ajagba, Gassiev and Torrez.
