That isn’t true. The Evan Fields thing was specifically tied to anabolic steroids and/or HGH. Duran also admitted to using steroids, but tried to save face by saying it made him sick.
I doubt Mayweather could bench much more than his body weight. As far as I know, serious weight lifting was not part of his training routine.
That's silly. I'm an unathletic soft white dude and in my 40s have put up 45lbs-55lbs more than I weigh, two clean reps. I'd be shocked if Mayweather at his best couldn't put up 75lbs+ more than he weighed.
1. That's a military press, not a bench press. 2. Frazier looked like he'd never lifted a weight in his life right there. 3. I guess the fact I've lifted on and off for 30 years helps me? Trust me, there ain't nothing impressive about me physically. My old man fit weight is 160, I'd probably struggle to make SMW right now if I only had a few days (sigh, holiday food), and the one time in my life around age 23 I got down into single digit body fat, I was ~ 135. At 5'10" -- guess I'm a tall-ish natural LW?
If you can’t military press 165 at Frazier’s weight you aren’t going to bench 205. I was benching 325lbs while weighing 170lbs at 45 years old. I know something about weight training. Serious weight training is not part of a lot of boxers training routine.
Even with joint problems and being seriously unhealthy I could just about bench my weight two years ago, I couldn’t at the moment but I’d be shocked if a seriously conditioned athlete like mayweather couldn’t bench way more than his body weight
So a couple of the comments suggest this might not actually be him, but it's one of the first results for Mayweather bench press This content is protected
lol Do you actually believe that? I googled Floyd Mayweather max bench press and AI said that video was bs. lol
