Bonecrusher by 1 round ko or gets outboxed early on before landing the a big punch that flattens Daniels.

Smith might not have elite skills but he has elite power, chin and stamina.

Dubois has power and solid skills but doesn´t have the chin or defence to keep the Bonecrusher from smashing him.

I almost look at this fight as being what the DDD v Joe Joyce fight was, DDD trying to put on early pressure but simply not having the endurance in a war of attrition.

BS, simply was able to be outboxed at times but could withstand punishment and simply turn up the heat when the opponent had expended their best efforts.

    Daniel Dubious by KO 5-7.
Smiths toughness means he won't go easily but Dubious size and concussive power is too much.
Smith could bully some fighters but not this one.

Dubois gets the better of the battle of the jabs, and he stops him mid rounds.

I'm going with Bonecrusher he has the size/durability and power to get Dubois out of there.

A green Bonecrusher stopped big punching Bruno.

Bonecrusher stopped Weaver another big puncher.

Bonecrusher stopped Witherspoon who also had good power with the right hand.

Ruddock a very big puncher was the only one to really stop Bonecrusher. And even then Bonecrusher was a bit past his prime and still decked Ruddock and made him work hard for it.

And I guarantee Ruddock has more heart than Dubois.

Bonecrusher by stoppage in the 2nd half of the fight.

I don't see how Dubois's power is too much when Bruno's power wasn't.

Bonecrusher also took 300+ punches from Witherspoon in their 1st fight and was never off his feet.

You're underestimating Bonecrushers durablity the only one who really stopped him when he was past his prime was huge punching Ruddock. And even then he was also decked and took alot of punishment which Dubois couldn't replicate.

I'll tell you why I think.
Bruno was explosive but head hunting heavy mainly.
Against durable guys once the early KO didn't come his out put dipped.
Dubois, by contrast , invest s in the body relentlessly.

Smith fought tall and upright , could be worn down and more vulnerable to sustained pressure rather than single bomb's.
D's hook to the body and straight right down stairs are tailor made for that style.

    I'm not seeing it.

Dubois quit after a jab from Usyk in a low output fight.

Basically didn't want to continue in the 2nd Usyk fight once he got hurt either.

Joyce got to him late on aswell.

Bonecrusher would drag Dubois into deep waters and drown him. A big durable puncher like Bonecrusher is not a good stylistic match up for a fighter who has a suspect heart.

Witherspoon was a good body puncher and a better fighter than Dubois and he couldn't get Bonecrusher off his feet despite landing over 300 punches.

I've never really rated Boney much to be honest .
His fight against Tyson was terrible,he was miles behind against Bruno.
And I'll never, for the life of me, understand fully Smith V Witherspoon !

I'm not saying he's some great fighter but he's big, durable, and had power.

Bonecrusher had a horrible cut vs Larry Holmes and didn't quit and kept trying despite being well put his depth in experience.

Didn't quit vs Frank Bruno and got the stoppage despite being green in that fight also.

Took a frightful beating vs Tim Witherspoon not many Heavyweights could've taken and comeback and won the rematch.

Bonecrusher wasn't the most eye pleasing fighter but with his durablity and power against Dubois. Who has shown a few times in his career already that he can quit when things aren't going his way.

    I think I'd favour Bonecrusher.

Yep I'm not claiming Dubois is great fighter either mate, but I still pick him to beat Smith.
Smith relied on physical strength and a basic jab .
Very little combination punching ,poor inside fighting despite his size.
Minimal head movement and defensive nuance.
Got lucky against Witherspoon and lose his title in one of the worst title fight in modern history.
He caught a Tim that was totally not in the right headspace.
Any decent heavy weight should defeat him imo
