Let’s be honest here. If Canelo or Terence had beaten Duran in 2 rounds, and/or Benitez, then you’d have gone crazy over the wins, where we’d be constantly reminded of them.


Canelo and Terence, can only wish that they had a prime Benitez or a Duran on their resumes.

Benitez broke his ankle vs Moore.

Against Hamsho it was at Middleweight a weightclass Benitez didn't belong at and Hamsho was too psychically strong at the weight.

It also didn't help Benitez was seriously detroiating by that time aswell.

You should read up about Benitez's dad and then you will realize why he was burnt out as a fighter in his 20s.
