I say Usyk, no doubt about it. Tyson was an absolute media phenomenon, everyone knows him, even those who've never seen a boxing match. But Usyk did more in the ring than Iron Mike, lasted longer at the top, and has a much better legacy.

That's why I'd put Usyk higher on the ATG list overall but can't put him above M. Tyson at heavyweight. If we're being honest, Tyson goes through Usyk's resume pretty easily. That includes Fury and AJ. Well, may not go through those 2 easily, but I'd pick Tyson to beat them both.

Mike in my opinion is better. he was more dominant and his competition was tougher.
Usyks heavyweight run is basically this:
Tyson Fury who got his brain scrambled in his fights with wilder so bad he scraped by a UFC fighter
Anthony Joshua whos best win was Joseph Parker as the rest was 40 year old men and he was knocked out by Ruiz. He is worse than Bruno
Daniel Dubois who quit twice because he got tired ( I don't shame him fo this)

Mikes victories over Tucker,Thomas,Spinks,Ruiddock in my opinion are better than Usyks.
Mikes only loss that I can say was legit was Douglas as 3 years of nactivity for a short ifghter is suicide.

Fury is not a great, and if Fury being big and good were such a historical threat to smaller all time greats he wouldn't have went life and death with pillowfisted Steve Cunningham

Tyson was a good heavyweight for a short period, but he had flaws and even at his absolute best would have lost to Holyfield and Lewis. He's very overrated.

Tyson only looked great crushing cans. His best wins are grandads and a light heavyweight. He lost every single fight when he faced elite competition and that pretty much sums it up that Tyson was never an elite fighter. Tysons legacy is mostly stardom, casuals overhyping himthat are clueless about the sport, movies, social media. His boxing legacy is just good and including him in the same discussions with Usyk is laughable.

Usyk is an elite hall of famer that is not only greater than him, but he would dance circles around him in the ring. He's a boxing master, his IQ is insane.

There are quotes of me saying Fury is Not a great beforehand because his resume is thin.
You weren't trolling when U claimed beating Fury only puts Usyk in the top 30 but all of the sudden you change your mind and call him the goat ? You said Fury lost to Ngannou word for word, but now you claim Usyk is the best ever for beating this guy

    U are a dishonest pile of ****

Usyk simply hasn't done enough at heavyweight yet to be put above iron Mike. I'd also pick Mike to beat Usyk prime for prime due to styles.

HOWEVER. An argument could be made if you include Usyk's cruiserweight career and overall achievements.

It was a competitive fight until the knock down
Fury then roughed him up and won without issues

Life and death it was not

Yeah, it was a textbook example of a flash knockdown. I did find the excuses from Cunningham afterwards quite amusing as well "if he wasn't big I would have won!" well he was and you didn't.

Cunningham was outboxing him and got knocked out partly because of an illegal maneuver. Fury is very good, the idea that he's a nightmare to smaller atgs is not very good

As I said it was competitive
Fury roughed him up when he realised he had to

It wasn't bloody life and death
