If Fury can stay disciplined for a protracted period of time, and turns up in similar to condition to say Usyk I, then he should have far too much for Wardley. However with Fury that is a massive if, and who knows how he has spent his latest "retirement"; a flabby and half-interested Fury probably gasses in the second half of the fight and gets stopped.

Definitely undeserved if Fury gets the shot, but I do think he still beats anyone not named Usyk.

I’m not massively confident but I think Fury could pull this off.

Physically? I don’t know. But, technically Fury is on another level to Wardley.

I would be shocked if Fury wasn't at a minimum a slight betting favorite going into the fight.

The odds will be really interesting, they'll be close odds I reckon.

Wardley and Dubois have both expressed interest in fighting each other. It would be a big fight in the UK.

Yesterday I posted "Wardley vs Dubois would be an excellent heavyweight matchup" on X, and Fabio Wardley "liked" and re-posted my post!

I think Fury will win on points or late stoppage. Wardley has done well but there are only so many times you can pull one out the fire.

Didn't you say 2026 was going to be Fury's year? LOL

Yeah I can't see Fury losing to Wardley. He's not Usyk.
That's pretty neat! Yeah that'd be a scrap worth watching.

No chance does Fury sign to fight someone like Wardley at his age and state of decline.

Wardley would get to him at some stage and take him out.

He wouldn’t want such a devastating loss on his record. That is due to father time and Fury’s legs being gone.

Wardley is about twice as fast as Chisora and hits harder. Oh, and Wardley has stamina too. Not even remotely the same.

would be an interesting fight. And a dangerous one for Fury — there’s no way he’s not going to have to climb off the canvas multiple times against Wardley. Fury probably wins every round he doesn’t get knocked down in, but between age and how out of shape Fury looked in the training vid he posted, I dunno, maybe Wardley just irons him out.
