Yeah, cats out the bag a bit with him now, i was never completely sold on him back then, i think a lot of the last few opponents probably felt like me and he was just a good fighter but not world level and hes done a complete job on them.

Had they fought back when you made that post i think you would have been on the money given i think we know for sure Fury would not have been in top shape and thought it was a easier touch.

 

Nah. Still a terrible stoppage. Lots pushing and shoving on face of Knyba and he lands a clean punch and the ref stops it after he wobbles back(possibly a bit off balance as well) Same perception as seeing it live. Should have been allowed to reach it's natural conclusion. Or who knows? Maybe Knyba had some hidden Polish Power. This is prize fighting. Theater of the unexpected as Merchant termed it.

 

Going off Kabayel's reactions, I don't think he knew either. I don't think anybody knew.

Opens up a LOT for him. Means big fights are possible for him without the Saudis. If Usyk-Wilder falls through because literally nobody except Usyk wants it, how about Usyk-Kabayel in Germany, during Oktoberfest or something?

Come on now. He wouldn't have beaten that Fury. Out of shape Ngannou version? Yes. And maybe now as age, blowing up in weight and wear and tear might be catching up to him. Fury at his very best regardless of his antics is a level above Kabayel.

 

I think he'd be competitive against the 2nd tier guys. Okolie, Ajagba, Makhmudov, etc. Loads of opportunity for him. Hope he gets the chance.
