Well I’ll be damned. I totally misread the trajectory of that fight. What a fighter Dalton Smith

Jesus, I did not expect that. Massive respect to Smith, he went toe to toe with a monster. Having said that I think the stoppage was a bit premature; Matias was in bad shape, but I think he deserved another few moments to see if he could recover at all.

They don’t call Cleto Reyes the punchers glove for no reason. Matias was hurt very bad in that round

Man we really don't know **** about boxing. Dalton stood there toe to toe and beat him at his own game.

Game plan was spot on in the end, they knew fighting fire with fire would get the win

Stoppage definitely premature. Refs today wave off fights WAY too quickly

Actually Diamante, that wasn't a temple shot, that was a rabbit punch to the back of his head.

There's a reason the greats have decent defense. Walking straight in with no jab, or head movement. Matias is not long for boxing.

It wasnt a great stoppage. I was surprised when the ref called it off. Matias should have been allowed to carry on

Very well done to Dalton Smith though. Deserved and certainly no robbery

I felt the exact same. Difference between Matias taking his time and getting roughed up. Smith went high risk high reward, incredible fight!

Those 2 right hands before the final KO shot were huge. Perfectly placed on the chin.

So Dalton Smith just stood, traded and man-fought Matias, and knocked him right out. That has to be the end of the Matias "walk you down" boogeyman.
