Fury fought an overly passive fight vs a gun shy old Wladimir in one of the worst Heavyweight title fights of all time

Usyk wouldn't allowed Fury to fight at own his pace as he did in their actual fights. And Usyk simply takes over again in the 2nd half of the fight and wins by UD.

Düsseldorf Fury is by far my favourite of the mythical heavyweights, no idea why, I think it's because he sounds like a lager. He does better against Usyk than he did, but I still don't see how he wins. Usyk figured him out halfway through their first fight, nearly stopped him, and then beat him in second gear in the second fight.

I think he does that with any version of Fury, the "Dusseldorf" version of him blessed us with arguably the worst HW title fight of all time, so even then, in the pantheon of mythical geo-legends such as Tokyo Douglas, he wasn't some possessed hybrid of a man, it was just a slippery version of an already incredibly slippery fighter who won a pedestrian UD over a near-40 year old Wlad.

What makes Usyk so great is the way he adjusts mid-fight to press his foot down on their weak points. Usyk is just another level, Dusseldorf or no Dusseldorf.

Usyk is - and always was - better, no matter what Fury (and his cheerleaders) might say.

Looks like their second fight. Fury does well throughout but Usyk just consistently does better and outworks him, while not needing to worry as much about what's coming back at him offensively this time.

He probably beats the Usyk his older self lost to.

    Prime Usyk beats him though.

At least "Dusseldorf Fury" won the fight in which mythical matchups are based.

Let's take a closer look at "the new" Joshua from Usyk II. He got beat up and lost 10-2 stumbling toward his opponent and his fanboys claim he "would've beaten anyone else that night" LOL

I want to see Fury Usyk 2019 (Usyk's HW debut)
    Fury Usyk 2020
    Fury Usyk 2021
    Fury Usyk 2022

And every year forwards, unless someone wins 3 times in a row.

I suspect Fury Usyk 3 happens end of year and both retire.

Dussel Fury might be the worst Fury of them all, why pick that version?

I think Wilder II Fury has the best shot. Which is probably close to what showed up in the first fight. Usyk had to go into his final gear and break Furys nose to stop that onslaught. Lesser fighters would have crumbled. AJ, Dubois etc would have crumbled under that pressure. Usyk simply had that extra gear hes able to tap into which all but truly special fighters lack. He beat a very good Fury both times and it's doing him a service to pretend otherwise.
