It's a good fight for Tszyu, get a name on his resume ( who's been inactive and copped an absolute hiding, last time around ). Spence doesn't rate Tszyu at all if he's fighting him first up from such a long break. If Spence gets a good win, I think it's a good comeback fight. I actually think Tszyu will stop him. Be cautious for 2 or 3 rounds and then break him down.

Spence was always overrated in my opinion, Kell Brook would have beaten him if he'd stayed away from GGG. I said for years that Crawford would beat the guy.

I agree that Spence was always pretty one-dimensional and overrated, but he got obliterated by a generational talent, a 147 fighter who is a P4P great of his era. Tim was arguably beaten more convincingly by Bakhram than Spence was by Crawford, and Bakhram is solid and underrated, but he's not a P4P guy and not on Crawford's level.

I haven't seen anything from Tszyu that makes me think he can take out Spence. I rate him as little as I rate Spence these days, and I'd argue he is just as one-dimensional as Spence ever was, especially defensively; they both have awful defense against serious opposition, hence Tim's one-sided, destructive losses against Fundora and Bakhram. The ease with which Bakhram hit Tsyzu with that left hook was sickening to watch. Unless Spence is absolutely cooked (which isn't out of the question), then I'd fancy him to win this.

Oh I really like this idea. Don't dislike either guy. Both come to fight. Both have weaknesses that have led them here. Both have massive balls which are part of the weaknesses and strengths as well. Could be epic. Good luck to both. That said, I gotta go with Errol Spence Jr in what will likely be a great fight.

Timbo Slice needs to make sure he doesn't get played by the Americans by going back over there before he's ready. That means sticking with the plan his new team has put in place for him. He's scheduled to fight in March against another trial horse type opponent. That's what he should do. Fight Spence the one after that in the American summer. You can't just assume that Spence is completely shot even if he is. You have to prepare for a guy who can still pull it all together even after a lengthy absence. Another test flight for The Phoenix in Australia in March, assess form, then go over there & retire Errol Bung Eye. Better yet, bring Bung Eye out to Australia & let's see how he goes. Probably about as well as Roy Jones against Danny Green or Shane Mosley against Mundine. Man down!

If PBC is involved, you know it's a setup. Minut chance to win on points.

Another thing to consider is how much stronger Spence will be at 154. If part of the reason he was beaten so bad was due to being weight drained, he might perform much better. The long lay off may end up being a good thing in the end. A good long lay off should have healed a lot of injuries.

I don’t like this fight for the safety of Errol Spence..

but I’d watch it. Needs to happen at 160 or 168

It could be an advantage or a disadvantage. He got whipped by Crawford simply because Crawford is so much better.

No, Spence was clearly weight drained in that fight so I dont give Crawford any credit for that win at all.
