Johnny Fisher vs Jeamie TKV for the British Heavyweight title

Go from getting battered by Dave Allen who isnt British title level to getting a title shot 1 fight later. Madness.

 

Toss up. Both Fisher and Tshikeva are packing glass in their fragile mandibles. Double KO, maybe?

 

Fisher wins, Allen beats him in the rubber match for the belt

 

For me one of the most obvious outcomes you can see coming in a boxing match. Fisher already proven against Allen that he can’t handle inside fighters going up against TKV who isn’t great but durable enough and decent enough to KO Fisher.

 

Fisher isn't even domestic level, he gets battered. Clarke was WAY better than Fisher and he lost.

 

1 obvious answer: TKV bullies him.
1 obvious question: Why isn't this Dave Allen's

 

TKV has an easy nights work against Bosh who was all over the place against Balaz and development wise is going backwards.

He is not as good as the chances he gets, but he is a decent person and as a boxer he js far from fake youtubers etc and deserves respect in all regards.

I’m guessing Hearn still promotes fisher?
Looks like a roll the dice type of fight for fisher, if he loses this I think he’s dropped by matchroom and out in the wilderness, if he wins he’s marketable again for a while

I’d make TKV favourite, for fisher to win he’ll have to keep it at distance, box and move all night, can he do that? Maybe, but probably not

 

Fisher will get a chance because of the fan base, Allen deserves a fight against TKV more...

 

Bit of a gamble . If Bosh loses, which I think he will, hard to know where he goes from there. Not sure the Bosh army will continue to follow an area level fighter.

 

On the plus side for Fisher, TKV definitely has a worse chin than Dave Allen, so it is not beyond the realms of possibility that Fisher could clip and stop him. Still overall you would expect TKV to fold Fisher in the second half of the fight, but at least there is a little intrigue in this matchup.
