Oleksandr Usyk is the only Eastern European fighter to ever beat boxing.

Standards that most other champions meet. Usyk is a point fighter. Point fighters score points which mean win rounds. Thats how they wins fights. If he doesn't score enough points he loses. How is Usyk losing rounds not relevant? Winning rounds is what he does so failing to win them is bad.

Wlad has a Louisian win column I don't care about his loses. Usyk has a Michael Spinks style win column. 3 losses KO or not is not the end of the world.

    What about Beterbiev?

Thrived in the US market, never got shafted on the cards, got plenty of title opportunities, unified belts, and got a huge payout vs Bivol

    A lot of them yes.

Wlad was perfection. He made his hardest opponents look like routine title defenses.

Also @KO KIDD Beterbiev is listed as Canadian and fought in North American regionals.

Calzaghe has gone down in history as arguably the greatest super middleweight ever. Like him or not, he MOST DEFINITELY beat the game. Andre Ward who I near on despise but even I will admit he also beat the game. Floyd Mayweather manuevered his way to greatness, I'm not a fan of his but he beat the game. You see where I'm coming from?

This is true but its based on fans choosing to value the almighty Zero. Its only beating the game if people see it as beating the game. And the product of Floyds career is fans heavily auditing Zeros.

True and a very valid point but I think according to ones perspective, you can lose and still beat the game. Lennox Lewis, lost but avenged and retired on top, he beat the game. Ali lost numerous times, he got parkinsons but he's lauded as the greatest of all time. Duran, Hagler and Leonard. My whole point of the thread is pretty much that critics will have virtually zero ammunition to argue his greatness even if he loses on the way out. The other great European fighters, there's arguments to be had, valid ones as to they're place in history. Usyk has done the virtual impossible, forged a career from Europe to the point of undeniable ATG status where no valid argument can be made even from US fake news media.

Yeah I don’t know where you got that from but I’m going to guess that you are feeling a little bit lonely and need a bit of engagement.

Nothing subjective about being past prime at age 39/41. He could have avoided them by not fighting past his prime.

Nobody is arguing for Ruiz or Dubois being ahead of Wlad based on beating Joshua so don't see how it helps Usyk

Uh, his worst losses came at the beginning. Seriously, how old are you?

Uh, you do understand that it was Vitali that got rid of Corrie Sanders, right?

And yeah, Wlad's reign against guys like Leapai and Pianeta had no room whatsoever for Juan Carlos Gomez or Shannon Briggs.

Kabayel deserves a title shot against Usyk.

    Isn’t Bivol a Korean-Russian?

does Korea try to claim him at all? He’s the best bigger boxer with Korean blood by a mile.

This might be the best reply I’ve had on here, but your statement was nonsense
