He was always absolutely useless. A low level poor boxer. He has no business fighting anyone in the top 20. When he was winning prospect of the year awards it felt like a fix. One watch of him and you could see he wasn't good, and that he wasn't even that powerful. That run of first round KO's he had was like Ali Raymi's.
Would actually like to see him fight Munguia. Think Resendez bests him, actually think Munguia beats him as well.

His resume is almost entirely made up of journeyman fights, but he still beat two good boxers, Padraig McCrory and Demond Nicholson, but it's true that this is not much currently given the expectations he had.
