Usyk is definitely overrated at HW. Too few fights. I still think he's great but not a highly ranked atg at the weight. Resume is too short.

Btw Toney arguably won the first Peter fight as a morbidly obese 5’9 heavyweight with no legs left. The fact he competed competitively at heavyweight at his age and with his physical limitations is a testament to his skills. Do better.
