Just watched the KO back, Figueroa’s team did absolutely nothing wrong. It was Lee Eaton jumping into the ring which caused a scene & led to members of Ball’s team jumping in. Can’t stand that fat twat.

They didn’t go anywhere near Ball or his team.

Probably the first time Ball hasn’t been able to bully his opponent and he clearly didn’t like it. Looked a bit one dimensional in there.

Figueroa stuck to the plan but I couldn’t help thinking how much easier he could’ve made it for himself if he boxed behind the jab and kept his distance given his clear size advantage but that’s not his style.

    Great fight.

I was thinking from the mid rounds the crowd was less audible, Figueroa pushed the pace all fight and did to Ball what he loves to do outwork and then break the opponent late.

    Great performance BF.[/QUOTE]

Pretty poor comment there, tarring a whole city over perhaps 20 (max), coked up arseholes....

Where all British people scum when rung crowd threw bottles at Hagler after he battered Minter?

Or when they're was riots after a Rob McCracken fight?

You're more than entitled to comment on those particular people in attendance... But I can't agree with the "all Scousers are scum" comment. Pretty poor actually

You added in the all scousers are scum. Nowhere in my comment does it say that so its a very poor comment from yourself too.

Is Ball going down to junior featherweight out of the question? I know Inoue is down there, but fighting bigger guys constantly must take its toll.

You’d be right if you did say it.

Was embarrassing, literally 30 seconds prior Figueroa says that it’s about 2pm back home for his fans watching and then Ade comes out and asks him to say a word for the Americans staying up late.

Is that Cain sticking the boot in on one of Figueroa's team? Come on man just had the performance of the night don't ruin it.

He’s too stocky IMO. He’d lose his power and energy which is pretty much all he has aside from a solid jab.

Ball has been a good champion.

The problem is for him his style makes every fight a war of attrition.

He simply was out landed, commentary was bias on DAZN UK, Figueroa was switching, jab, body.

Ball landed a couple of lovely early uppercuts opening rounds, then those shots became telegraphed. He looked on the physical wane 10th onwards, that's where he's normally been able to up it a gear. No shame beaten by a class fighter.
