"puncher who doesn't take a lot of punches"

This was true when Wilder was 34, prior to Fury 2, Fury 3, Parker and Zhang, along with 6+ years of ageing.

    "Chisora doesn't stop anyone."

Wilder's last stoppage of any note was Helenius, 3.5 years prior to this fight. Level of competition is a huge factor in scoring stoppages, Wilder's ratio is only 2/6 in the last 6 years, with one of the two fighters he stopped being a low level journeyman.

Post-Price, Chisora has knocked down Parker, Joyce and Wallin x2. He's capable of stopping lower level opponents. He's a bigger puncher than Parker, who a significantly younger Wilder barely threw a punch against, and Parker isn't difficult to land on.

"Chisora spent the first press conference worried"

I'm sure he's terrified. Chisora's a timid character, he wanted nothing to do with a young/prime Wilder. Which is why he pulled out of their scheduled 2013 fight after beating up a hooker. Wait...

"Wilder's going to stop him. That's why the promoters put him with Chisora."

I thought they put Wilder in with Parker to make the Joshua fight, which would have been one of the biggest money fights in boxing.

I guess they think "If Wilder can beat any relevant name in the division, it's 42 year old Chisora, and it's a decent cash out if he loses."

Wilder wouldn't go 'over' for Lessner, celebrities are protected when they wrestle in the WWE like when Fury wrestled Saudi, it's not like Wilder could have a full WWE career like Logan Paul who is really agile and Wilder's mic skills would be too crap for the WWE.

Yeah I get that, just saying it would be funny because if Wilder was being a jerk a guy like Lesnar would put it on him.
