Hard to rate Klaus H2H considering there's basically no footage of the man. However, an old Klaus did do well against Greb iirc when an emergency opponent was needed after a drop out at a charity event (6 rounds iirc). Anyway, Klaus was mainly known for his infighting. Jake was a stalker with a great jab who pressured very well and had underrated defence. Klaus likely does better in older rulesets but I'm gonna go with Jake and his jab based off what I know.
Rewatched Klaus-Carpentier last night and yeah, Jake the far superior fighter at long and mid range. More tools, more accurate. However, what Klaus has is some pretty freakish strength to go on top of his excellent infighting. I’m not sure if any middleweight’s ever physically bullied Jake in the ring but if someone could it’d probably be Klaus. He lil bro’d Carp hard in that one.
