I have been posting historical decade lists in the Classic forum but this is my list for the current decade, to date. Several points to note, the criteria is that it is only for fights in the decade-previous performances don't count, neither does potential, H2H opinion, just performances in the decade. Decade means from 15-25 or 16-26. Wilder and Joshua held titles during that time, both clearly belong to the top 4

The reasoning is that while Zhang won their H2h easily, Joyce's resume for the rest of the period so far is superior, beat Dubois, Hammer, Parker and Takam. Joyce of course also lost to Hgrovic and Chisora but Forrest drew with Zhang and Zhang also lost to Hgrovic, Kabayel and Parker. It could br argued either way but I think Joyce has the stronger resume.
Sorry for the confusion. I hoped that "this is my list for the current decade, to date" would have made it clear what I meant, a decade, usually, but not exclusively, means "A decade is a period of ten years, especially one that begins with a year ending in 0, for example 1980 to 1989. Your examples are made up of eleven years. If you want to make a list of champions in a period, feel free to do so, this is a different list.
