It took Fury 29 rounds to put wilder Horizontal. Ortiz who can punch couldnt put Wilder horizontal. Wilder is 95KG at 6 foot 7 which is thin, smaller than a cruiserweight. So for him to take that power from guys 40-60 pounds heavier and still stay standing proves his chin is solid. I’ve always rated his chin.
Count on it hunh? It looked like Big Babys jaw was about to be shattered on a few occasions. I will admit tho, i did think Martin was going to get KTFO before midway. I was starting to wonder if Jareds power may be a little over rated. I never really seen him hurt to the point of getting knocked out.
It's pretty obvious that if Anderson couldn't crack Martin's fragile eggshell chin, he is extraordinarily featherfisted. Another thing revealed in this fight is that, like Martin, Anderson is packing some seriously fragile glass in his own mandible!!!
Looked to me like Anderson was the one with the glass jaw as Martin had him in serious trouble nearly all of the 6th and would have stopped him in the 10th with 30 more seconds remaining.
I mean... He deserves respect. He's one of the few heavyweight contenders willing to fight all comers. If he keeps winning fights like this he'll be in a good position to pick up a belt when the division opens up again.
A quite decent undercard scrap in around 2020 this. goodness gracious, what a proper takeover. I don't care if Dana Black is on Paramount, Catamount, Horsemount, he knows **** all about boxing and is likely not going to work.
Case closed! Fragile mandible shattered again!! Where are the Martin fanboys and glass jaw deniers now??????
