    Ortiz?
He punched him when it was a fight.
Ortiz forgot he was in a boxing match and got punished for trying to headbutt etc. then complain Floyd legal but unsportsmanlike

Don't think it was just Vegas.

So what should they have done with Zab’s corner, DQ them also? If you remember, everything happened so fast and usually it’s not an immediate DQ if a corner man enters the ring, besides, Zab and his corner escalated the whole thing.

Fun fact, my son are friends with Zab’s son, they go to the same school.

It supposed to but that rarely happens unless the corner is trying to stop the fight

Judah and Ortiz, really?!?!. I like how you conveniently left out the blatant fouls that lead to the kaos. Ortiz should have been DQ'd for that intentional hand butt. And Judah? Haven't seen whip shots to the nuts since Golata whooped up on Bowe. I think when blatant fouls occurs, the offended fighter should have some leeway when it comes to his reaction.

Lets not forget his dubious back dates T.U.E. of a LOT of saline be administered AT HIS HOME with the NSAC only allowed THREE WEEKS AFTER the fight.

If that were anyone else, fight would be investigated and possibly be changed to a NC. But Vegas looked out for Floyd.

Mayweather being DQ´d after those blatant fouls by Judah would have been insane. Also, the rules don't state that the fighter must be disqualified if their cornerman breaks the rules.

You were arguing the other day that he was the best because he was undefeated, now you're saying it's only because of cheating, so you've answered your own question on greatness. 'Tis all scripted and staged to occupy the minds of lesser men.

I didn't leave anything out I haven't watched those fights in many years but things like headbutts and low blows happen and it's up to the referee to take points or DQ and I believe Ortiz had points deducted. I don't recall if Cortez had called time back in when Mayweather hit him I know Cortez had his back turned to the action though he was still talking to the judges. I also don't blame Floyd for cracking Ortiz but a lot of other fighters would of been DQ'd for that.

Coryez did signal for the fight to start. I mean, if you want to hug when the fight is going on, be my guest, but don't be surprised if you end up on your ass. The shear power Mayweather displayed. POW POW and Ortiz was gone. That's when we knew Mayweather had power. He just never committed because it may have diminished his sublime defense.

Yep I agree Floyd carried power still at 147 he was just cautious and didn't go looking for KO's.
Ortiz got what he deserved but it was poor refereeing from Cortez.

    Boxing is corrupt.

Once you accept that, life becomes a lot easier.
