Carl Froch vs John Fury

Froch is beating that below-average fighter...

Watching a 26-year old John Fury against Akinwande is like seeing someone punching under water. He was so SLOW with terrible punching technique - at 26!

John Fury had a lot of heart but technically he wasn't the most proficient boxer, so to speak...

I don't get how JF has somehow became this mythical scary guy, , yeah he's a quite big, shouts a lot, and likes to headbutt small people, but he's overweight, and in his actual physical prime he was slow and the only stoppage he obtained was late in a fight when someone hurt their arm a bit.


What am I missing?

I think in his own head he is. But I don't think anyone else in the world thinks the same.

He's clearly a bully POS type, but he did gouge someone's eye out and randomly headbutts people, so he's obviously a dangerous feral animal you need to be wary of regardless of his skills.

Froch should take the fight and KO him cold, it would be hilarious and give him a ton of social media hype, which is what he's looking for now.

I wonder if Froch is slightly worried about the size though.

J Fury doesn't have a lot to lose as he's older and people wouldn't be too surprised if he got destroyed. But if Froch got mauled and decked or stopped it would destroy his reputation.

I think a better fight is Price versus J Fury. That one is a guaranteed hospital KO of J Fury.

Big John has got a big head and big guts and nothing in either.

 

John Boy has ran his mouth before and then back tracked at least twice when called out on it, Mick Theo then Joe Egan both called him out on his BS and no fights came of it. Mick Theo was even putting posters up around the area John Boy lives and still couldn’t get him out to fight. No disrespect to the two older boys who called John Boy out but Froch is a completely different proposition,he’s a lot younger and known for his teak toughness,stamina,heart and the ability to get victory’s from the jaws of defeat ! Should this fight happen which I very much doubt Froch would embarrass John Boy .

 

Ronnie Pickering would destroy John Fury.
