Conor Benn signs with ZUFFA Boxing / UPDATE: New Deal

Surely it doesnt hurt the business, hes a nothing fighter. It purely a dig at eddie and his relationship with the Benn family. Doesn't make sense. Especially with the turki connection. No doubt there will be many more Riyadh events.

The only thing I can think off is Dana white actually rates this clown from the hearn hype.

Like how did he even get into the ring with shakur. Mental, not sure he should even be in there polishing his belt

It was intended to p1ss Hearn off after Hearn trashed Zuffa over their belt and it probably succeeded beyond expectations because Hearn absolutely lost it.

Exactly, it doesn't require numbers to see what is obvious. Outside of AJ who else has Hearn got that can sell fights in stadiums the size of Tottenham? This is a massive loss to Hearn.

 

That can't be right, even Josh Kelly has a belt. Maybe the stats are inflated from the Eubank fights but thats a one and done deal. Neither fighter ever getting those numbers again. He made nothing before that. Had two headline events at tiny venues.

Joshua, shakur, ennis, whitaker, bivol Rodriguez, Dalton Smith, crockery, kelly, cruz cordina even kambosos is above benn.

Hes apparently about to go on a signing spree now hes got that 5 year deal with DAZN and has somewhere to show the events.

As it stands Zuffa dont have a TV deal in the UK either. Must have someone lined up with buying Benn. Could be a bit of a problem that... no ones ppv that fight.

I wonder if this is a play to make Benn vs Shakur Stevenson on Zuffa Boxing. Shakur and co are close with Turki, he fought on the Ring card and Benn had the in ring call out.
