Briedis vs. 70s Foreman

Faster than Briedis, great combination puncher when he actually lets his hands go and uses way more upper body movement. Outside of Briedis's back and forth movement i dont think Briedis would be hard to find, unlike Dorticos Foreman will not back up. I wouldn't rule out Young beating Briedis but Briedis is better overall

Of course Briedis is going to give Foreman a hard night but Foreman had a good jab and would walk Briedis down all night. I think he gets to him

 

Young would’ve stopped Foreman if he had anything resembling power.

 

Maybe if Young had power he wouldn't be so focused on defense and he was out on his feet twice.

 

Some seem to forget Foreman had Clancy in his corner for the Young fight. Clancy although a very good teacher was tinkering way too much with George's style. Trying to get him to do things he wasn't comfortable with. Just a bad mix. Perhaps if George had Moore or Dundee in the corner the outcome of the Young fight would have been very different. Just speculating but definitely something to consider.
