Bro no. Shakur schools Ryan. You need someone who has a long jab and will force Shakur on the front foot

It's not as accurate as Shakurs. He doesn't have comparable defense Shakur and is vulnerable to counters. He can't outjab him. Barrios is a fraud, I'm not falling for this, Teo would have beaten Garcia

Ryan would get taken apart... he lost to Tank and Rolly, yet you're so focused on his size ? He's elite when he's motivated, but he looked the same against Duarte. Ryan hasn't really changed much

This is what makes it a good fight. At 147 Shakur would really need to be on point, because one punch can change the whole fight. I think Shakur pulls it iff, though.

I hope he doesn't go off the rails and is content with becoming a world champion by over Partying etc. I want to see him remain hungry and defend his belt and take bigger fights again.

That´s literally Garcia, and exactly how he boxed just hours ago.
Ryan doesn't have to have the better jab, he merely needs to utilize it correctly. He doesnt even have to outjab Shakur.

Garcia has to draw Shakur to him, get him to open up and then either counter or explode into his own offense.
De Los Santos exposed a lot of Shakur´s tactical weaknesses.

Shakur´s offense is basically 0 if he is forced to close the distance. If you jump in and out at him then at best he can throw/land a couple of counters, usually he relies on only throwing one. Where Shakur excels is capitalizing on when his opponents stay in his range, that's when Shakur lets his hands go and his defense shines.

Its kinda funny how flatfooted Shakur is even tho he does use a lot of footwork.

He's not going to force him on the front foot. Ryan wouldn't use a bunch of movement, he would be the aggressor in that fight for the majority of it because he would get picked apart at range

No, he would get absolutely humiliated if he fought as the aggressor. The only tactical chance Garcia has against Stevenson is to fight off of the back foot, because he has the range advantage and Stevenson is not good at closing the distance.

Garcia has to use his jab to control the distance, doesn´t even really matter if he lands it, control the pace as much as possible, attack in spurts by jumping in and out. Garcia has to avoid staying in Stevenson´s range as much as possible.
De Los Santos gave the blueprint. Of course Garcia could try to make it a physical fight like Zepeda, but he would utterly fail. It would end up the same as the Romero fight.
