So what you're saying is Fury's greatest immortal achievement, the one thing he will be remembered for, is getting nearly knocked the **** out by a guy with limited boxing skills and poor footwork who twerks while yelling bombsquad?

I think the flex is getting up from that and continuing when that would have absolutely flat lined anyone else.

Fury deserves a lot of criticism, but not here.

I think walking out to that gospel song 'You've Got a Friend in Jesus', beating Wlad without a bruise and then singing Aerosmith while Wlad looked like he wanted to die, that was quite incredible.

If AJ had done that, the English would have already erected a statue of him to worship. As it stands, they'll wait until AJ has retired before knighting him and making statues and naming universities after him etc.

Unfortunately for Fury, he is half English, half Irish 'gypsy', and a male who has relations with a woman and has a family, so he is hated by the system.

If he was an actual 'gypsy', aka a Roma who looked like Amir Khan, you better believe he'd have been loved by every institutional body and media outlet and would also get a statue like AJ, not quite as big, but still of decent size.

Sometimes people just get unlucky and are born in the wrong country, in this case, their own. It's just life.
