Haven’t really heard much from him since he managed Oleg Maskaev. Did Rappaport retire from boxing management?

Well Mike Jones died of a heart attack back in the mid 89's. Haven't heard anything about him in a while so I'd say yes he's got to be in his 80's by now.

Yea I think he is 80 now. I figured probably retired but then I think of Bob Arum and Don King still at it in their 90s so thought I’d ask to see if anybody had heard anything.

I got tell you I really hardly follow boxing now that HBO and Showtime don't cover it anymore. I had a subscription to DAZN a few years ago, nowadays the only time I'll watch current fights and its been only Heavyweights is when someone posts the fights on Youtube.

Good, that's what they want. I'm assuming.

Mike Jones and Dennis Rappaport were the management duo known as the “Wacko Twins” that managed Gerry Cooney among others.
