Where does Roy Jones Jnr sit among the All time Greats?

Yeah he was great in the 90s but basically fell off a cliff after Tarver KOd him, and was basically a knockout waiting to happen again afterwards

 

I'll keep saying it...tainted by the PEDs bust. We just don't know how much of that unreal talent was...well...unreal.

 

Yes, he actually did. But his opponent also popped, so they quietly buried it. To me, there are still greater questions about whether he was using all along, and especially to go do heavy.

 

The PED's bring his whole career into question in my opinion.

Roy can't be separated from his PEDs. I don't rate him for that reason.

He was great, they’re all on peds. Not that I agree with it.
It’s harsh to judge Roy on his declined performances, where was Hagler at 34/35? Marciano? Leonard? Most of them are done.

Roy was a beast and in his prime gives anyone a problem from middle to light heavy.
Outside of Duran probably the best fighter to have fought in this century
