Silver lining is that Zuffa has hired all of the ESPN schmucks and no way Top Rank will replace them with an even worse crew.
Yea, im not seeing the value in espn+ Most of the top events require a cable subscription. I dont care much for low level college events. The Devils get blacked out. Without boxing or ufc I just dont see the benefit
I did the moment the Top Rank split was announced. It wasn't expensive, but at that point I'm paying for nothing.

Right. Everything is pretty much blocked on ESPN+. There are so many different versions of ESPN now, any time I do want to watch something, I end up having to watch it on the tvapp stream. I had the Disney, Hulu, ESPN+ bundle. Our youngest daughter moved out, so we don't watch anything on Disney. ESPN dropped boxing. College basketball is on the other apps (Peacock, Paramount, etc.). And Hulu doesn't really have anything that isn't somewhere else. I just cancelled them all. Currently have Neflix, Amazon Prime, HBO, Peacock, Paramount+ ... and a bunch of free ones. One of the best free sites is Kanopy. Just get a library card (they're free). You can watch tens of thousands of films and docs for free, no commercials.
Kanopy is great, I also use the Libby app from the library for audiobooks though their selection is very limited, or at least limited for what I like. Plus they have magazines on there and I read Boxing News from time to time ESPN+ pisses me off because I linked my Sling account so I can watch things on the App that require a cable subscription and it always asks me to sign in which is annoying to do on the TV or on the go. At times I just kept wondering what am I actually paying for if I have a cable source. It's so cheap that I don't mind carrying it for the change to put some filler sports on but that's about it
