Very good record. Only lost late on in his career. Had a lay off and made a come back. How good was he? There's a video of him sparring Mayweather was Mayweather actually sparring? I only read one comment some guy reckons it wasn't Mayweather in the video. I didn't watch all the video as well apparently Paul touched him up.

With only one loss must have been good

IIRC Spadafora got the better of Floyd in sparring, but that only means so much. Apparently it was early in camp and Floyd mightve been doing his 5 minute rounds with new opponents switching in each round. Floyds training camps were second to none.

I believe Spadafora went to jail/prison for some time. I dont recall or care to look into what for, but his career pretty much ended there

It's been a long time, he always seemed on the cusp of a really big fight up until after the Dorian draw when things seemed to go off the rails with him.

Yeah, Paul got the better of Floyd. But we have to admit that it's just sparring. But Paul Spad was a fantastic LW. He didn't carry power, but that meant he could box and box for 12 rounds. Spad v Dorin was a damn good fight!

You honestly believe he was one of boxing's true good guys?

    From Wikipedia:

Spadafora was an alcoholic from a young age and also abused drugs.

He pleaded guilty to aggravated assault for shooting his girlfriend Nadine Russo in the chest in October 2003 after a night of drinking, and in February 2005 was sentenced to six months in a rehabilitation center.

He assaulted Russo again after she had born his second child. He ultimately went to prison for the crime.

In September and October 2011, Spadafora was twice arrested on DUI charges. The following September he pleaded guilty.

In April 2016, Spadafora was charged with assault for an altercation with a woman outside of Redstone Tavern in Crafton, Pennsylvania, and was sentenced to anger management classes.

In December 2016, Spadafora was arrested after police responded to an altercation where Spadafora was accused of attacking his brother with a knife, stabbing him in the thigh, and kicking his mother in the back. In March 2018, Spadafora plead guilty to simple assault, resisting arrest, and terroristic threats, and was sentenced to time served and released on parole.

No, MUCH has gone over your head, as usual. You evidently have a very low IQ.

Doubling down on not detecting sarcasm. That’s wild.

Hey brainiac, simply tying sentence and expecting someone to detect sarcasm out of nowhere is on you.

    Here's an example:

"NoNeck is a good poster who makes well thought out points."

See any sarcasm in that sentence? There is in case it went over your head....

Wildly overrated off the back of a grainy sparring video against Mayweather, solid fundamentals, and in and around that world scene, but Tszyu, Mosley, and JMM would've made pretty easy work of him.
