So much so that Warren is suing His Pudginess for $1 BILLION dollars. So no, Usyk isn't looking for a light touch or to screw everyone over. He isn't ducking all the best guys in the division. He's just stuck between a rock and a hard place. The only fights getting made currently in the HW division are in stable fights with Queensberry fighters (Wardley/Dubois) or Zuffa nonsense (Ajagbe/Martin). An Independent fighter like Usyk is going to be pissing someone off if he takes a fight with either side. I imagine that's partly what the Deontay Wilder stuff was about. Wilder isn't signed to either side, is a name, and you could actually make that fight happen. Of course then Wilder, smartly, decided to back out and fight Chisora instead.
Frank Warren is probably the most litigious promoter in the sport, so this should be a surprise to no one. Turki has been good to him and his fighters, providing the money for big fights that probably would never have happened otherwise. Warren should be grateful, but instead he sues his benefactor. Usyk seems to have at least partially a similar fanbase to jake paul . Warren , the saudis are a theme for itself but this has absolutely nothing in common with usyk avoiding title fights against parker , wardley and kabayel in a row . Even wilder was too much so now verhouven is in talks . Yes there is a real reason why usyk does not fight true opponents , but a part of its fanbase cannot accept it .
Yes, because things are never happening behind the scenes long before it gets announced to the public. That absolutely never happens. Remember, this all started after Usyk knocked Dubois out and Turki said he wasn't paying for the Parker fight. Parker is a Queensberry fighter. He's Frank's guy. And Turki said, nah. So that was the first inkling we had that all was not kosher in the Queensberry/Saudi relationship. Seems like Usyk had no time whatsoever to make any sort of fight post-Dubois before Turki was turning the money spigot off and it became a pick the dude with the money or pick the dude with the fighters situation.

Ha , even more ! During his "invisible injury" recovery performed by dancing and playing soccer to not fight parker he learned to move really smart and run really fast . So fast that he even lost a belt while running away from a wardley fight.
Usyk has earned to right to fight whomever he wants now. He took the belts from the title holders, all on the road. He’s getting close to 40, why the f**k would he want any part of Wardley? In my personal opinion he’s cemented his legacy and should probably call it a day
