Outside of Punching power and durability i think Lewis is a bit better in every catagory.

The only evolved version of George Foreman is when he made his comeback.

I never really thought of it like that.

Yes, and this is one of those things that I believe we need to talk about A LOT. I mean, honestly, like the same amount of pages as the Ukraine/Russia war on the lounge.

I don't really see any correlates between them tbh.

They have nothing in common other than having similar power, both have huge right hands and big right uppercuts.

Lewis, at least, peak has somewhat better boxing skills but not as good punching variety. Foreman had a far better left hook and left uppercut. Also more durable .

but yes, dudes have nothing in common with each other

They both have a style based on blocking punches, maintaining their preferred distance, crosses, straights, jabs, hooks and uppercuts. It's almost identical. I cannot believe I even have to spell this out. They're the two most similar fighters in history.

Lewis struggled through many of his fights. No idea what you are talking about.

People say Foreman wouldn't lose to Rahman and McCall but Lewis would never lose to Jimmy Young. Lewis also beat more top guys

I understand your point regarding Young, but there are more angles to look at it than that. I don't know, myself, I never saw Lewis that way. I saw them as two different fighters with different attributes/styles.
