    That's a Zuffa thing it appears, I guess Dana White is attempting to distinguish himself this way.

    I like the Sunday cards, can go out Saturday night and still catch live boxing

    I watched the build up shows for this and like Glanton. I dont give him much of a chance but he hits hard and is determined. Opetaia gets hit and likes to exchange, Glanton may have moments

    It really sucked that Opetaia was stripped of his title. Both Zuffa and the IBF are to blame. Dana White promised that Opetaia would have an unification bout next and it obviously won't happen now. Non of the champions will be willing to fight Jai for the supposed "Zuffa" belt. IBF should have made their stance sooner, rather than at the last minute. At this point, there is a new cold war in boxing, but why should one boxer suffer for that?

    I don't understand why you have people (mainly on Twitter and reddit) who defend the sanctioning bodies. As if they aren't part of the problem. For Pete's sake, the IBF were charged with bribery and racketeering at one point.

    It would be the funniest thing if Opetaia loses this one. I got a funny gut feeling here, I think he will greatly struggle with Glanton.

    I fancy Glanton's chances here tbh. He very nearly beat Billam-Smith and is a perpetual motion machine with heavy hands and a sturdy chin. If Opetaia does win, then I think he does so by having to dig deep. Should be a fun fight regardless, but I do think Opetaia has made a mistake by signing with Zuffa.

    Would give Glanton more of a chance if Billam-Smith hadn’t outboxed him like he did. All Glanton’s other losses were razor sharp decisions. But Billam-Smith totally shut Glanton down after a few rounds and CBS is a few levels below Opetaia.

    Also, has anyone here ever heard of anyone on the undercard?

    If Jai wins this, and we all think he will, his resume is starting to look pretty decent. In addition to the great Briedis wins, he has a list of credible contenders he has beaten.

    If he doesn't want to go to heavy, he should just never mind the titles and expand on this. Beat the best that he can get his hands on. He's already 30 and he's got a style where he leaves pieces of himself in the ring, so his career will not be long. Don't waste it.
