Ok, so answer the same question I just asked the other poster....who were the physically impressive guys that Wlad actually beat?
Lol! I like Pulev a lot, but no, he wouldn't. Besides, he was not a big puncher. And what about Vitali and Ruddock? They just don't count because they don't fit in your paradigm?
Not sure what is meant by “impressive.” Pulev and Thompson had size and talent. Haye is in the conversation for best handspeed and power combo for a guy that size. Peter was a truck.
If you talking about quality that's different to the part about size which is the only section I quoted. I agree Lewis top win which is Vitali is the best win either had over a bigger fighter.
Not sure if Pulev even cracks the top five for Wlad wins. That doesn’t erase it or mean it’s worth less.
Physically imposing. Guys who challenged Wlad in terms of height, weight, strength and punching power. Wlad could not outgut other fighters like this. Pulev and Thompson were big buy light-punching. Of course quality matters. You said his name, not me. He beat guys at his best were not guys with the tools to physically challenge him, like Sanders. That is my point.
Lewis Holmes Ali Bowe Louis Liston Wlad Vitali Foreman Tyson Holyfield Usyk Fury Ibeabuchi Frazier No order

In that case I am agreeing Vitali is the best win both had so in terms of beating a bigger elite guy. I was just saying Wlad did beat a number of big guys which implied in your post he didn't and even most the guys who he did beat they aren't they were still pretty big compared to most past heavyweights even if they were smaller than him. Obviously Wlad didn't quite pull it off vs AJ which would have made it closer.
Wlad's quality opponents were much smaller than Lewis, and I have already cited the specific names.[/QUOTE] You're 100% wrong on this. If you take the heights of each of the title fight opposition - Wlad's opponents are taller than Lewis'. It's not that much, but don't try to fib and get away with it.
