Opetaia is fighting within himself, almost as if he wants the 12 rounds of work.

I don't really think Glanton is extending him.

Hard left from Jai. Then a one two. Glanton pressuringagain. Lunging in and missing. Jai target practice now, because Glanton is scared to go to the body or hold. Glanton gets inside, Jai with a series of uppercuts. Both men holding. Jai with a few more lefts to the bloody mouth of Glanton. Glanton still trying, going to the body.

Glanton has no pop on his punches, he just throws arm punches constantly.

This is not that interesting a fight, totally one-sided

    Round 7
Opetaia inside, outside, upside down it's all him. This ref is holding a long conversation every round and completely inserting himself into this fight

Better round from Glanton, got in a nice uppercut inside and an overhand right. I think he's lost some snap over the course of the fight. He got to Jai's body a little more which he needs to do for sure to tire him out

The ref is terrible; harshly deducts a point from Glanton for holding, then ignores Opetaia hitting and holding, and stiff arming Glanton. If the ref is going to be a stickler for the rules at least apply it universally.

I have a feeling Jai would struggle with Mexican cruiserweights like Zurdo and Benavides because of their volume and inside fighting

Glanton could cruise to a 12-round loss here, but these low blows could poke the bear, and he could end up walking into a blizzard. I think Jai ends up stopping him.
