Jai won the fight but he hardly looked terrifying, he couldn’t put a dent in Glanton for all his supposed power. Still don’t buy that no one at cruiser wants the smoke, Jai needs to stay out of heavyweight. Don’t know where he goes from here if he’s belt-less.

That’s pure fabrication. He went exactly where Opetaia wanted him to go. There is massive difference between walking a guy down and walking into him. But you don’t seem to understand that.

Have you actually seen Glanton’s face post fight. He has an egg the size of a football on him.

He went 12 rounds with him as an EXTREMELY limited barely top 10 fighter, hardly enough to terrify everyone from fighting him is it. Not saying Jai isn't a good fighter. The terror comes from being flatlined face down on the canvas, not being out pointed with a lump on your head. We're talking about pro fighters here.

 

Glanton was just spoiling trying to survive and the ref was constantly interfering. Really, really ugly fight to watch.

Jai looked good under those circumstances.

 

Have to say I was getting annoyed at the ref, I'm not the biggest fan of excessive holding, especially when it's to stall the action (who is?), but I didnt feel either was overly excessive today, and both often tried to work with the free hand, I even felt sometimes they were working out of it and the ref intervened too early, point deductions for holding also very questionable

Also was it just me or did the ring seem smaller than usual?
