Little pig headed if you ask me. All the advantages this kid Hall of fame father good home life but he still won't take any easy fights.

 

This Wollongong card on April 5th, headed by Tim fighting Denis Nurja, will include the following :

Thought Opetaia looked brilliant yesterday. Boxed superbly and didn’t let himself get drawn into a slugfest. Great performance.

 

Of the boxers in the world title defenses Jai has made, I though Glanton was up there with most of them. He really shouldn't have survived some of the hooks and uppercuts that were landing either, tough buggr.

 

Great job from Jai. Admittedly he was expected to win dominant - but he proved again why he is in the top spot. All bases covered when a big contender comes along.

Billem-Smith probably running even faster after that.

Yeah, probably right. It's a weak card if that's all there is to it.

 

Francis Waitai vs Max Reeves on the Tszyu card is a solid match up.

 

Would loved to have seen Kiki Toa on this one. Maybe against a Goodall or Grach

 

Wonder if Cooper O'Connell (Shannons son) has anything on the horizon? one to watch.
