He was not dropped by Morrell it was a trip. Gavril was a flash knockdown when he was 20 years old.

Are you really trying to compare Plant, a world class former world champion boxer with ****ing Glanton a 34 year old ex footballer who is garbage? You expect to be taken seriously saying that? Glanton had no defense, cement feet, throws arm punches, all he had is durability and your comparing him to Plant? lol.

It's also interesting how you fan boys refuse to accept any criticism of Jai, and pretend I am calling him trash when I never did. I said it was a 50/50 fight with David yet you keep acting like it will be a mismatch vs a genuine p4p undefeated opponent. Jai did the stanky leg vs Nyika btw.

All i have said is I think Benavidez beats Jai and you lose your ****.

I have problems with people like you with selective amnesia. And I have further issues with people like you who comment without knowing what they are actually watching.

If you think Opetaia looked average on the weekend then there is no point even discussing the sport with you. You’re a simple idiot that judges fights by KO only. Virtually every legitimate commentator was gushing over Opetaia’s performance. But not you. Because you’re a simple foamer. A basic chap, if you will.

All criticism to Opetaia but deliberately forgetting Benavidez’s issues like his dodgy chin.

Good luck to you but you’re going onto ignore now. Life’s too short to waste my time with people who are disingenuous.

I agree with part of your point on the whole, but 'legitimate commentator made me laugh. They say what they are paid and told to say, won't get much objectivity through the swinging circuit. You do strangely seem to be dogmatic to the idea that Jai is being ducked by everyone and he doesn't truely want to fight the bums he fights... well Benavidez wants the smoke but Jai doesn't want to wait. That can only mean he's fighting another bum next. Who else is there? Actions speak louder than words.

I’m not dogmatic mate. Facts are facts. CBS ran for the hills even with the offer of a 70/30 split. And Zurdo pretended he’d never heard of the Ring and IBF champion. I hope Benavidez destroys that weak *****.

I don’t know who is next but why should he wait around for Benavidez who is unproven at CW? Zurdo continues to duck Opetaia and the fact is, Benavidez has taken the easier option which to be fair, makes sense given it’s his first fight at CW. But should he win and then move back down then he too, is a coward.

Mikaeljan is the logical option right now for Opetaia. That may or may not happen but as the clear number one CW on the planet he is not obligated to wait for anyone.

The fact that he refuses to move up to HW is on him, but again, he’s not obligated to wait around whilst other guys get paid. As long as there is a willing opponent then Opetaia is entitled also to make bank.

The IBF are probably trying to figure out if they can strip Opetaia without being sued and having their pants pulled down; if they can strip Opetaia without any civil liability I'm sure they will.

Cynical Brits are using the threat Zuffa poses to the control of British promoters to advocate for Jai to be stripped of his world title.

Rack off, lads. Jai is the IBF champ until further notice.

After making Jai defend against an Italian pizza delivery man & German sauerkraut salesman, Slow Eddie Hearn was planning to have Jai unify the Euro-trash titles by making him defend against a French patisserie worker. No wonder he jumped on board with Elmer Fudd.

Slow Eddie Hearn has his hand out for Australian television money but isn't prepared to invest anything in obtaining worthwhile opponents. His latest contribution to the sport in Australia is to run interference on Liam Paro's world title shot b/c he lost the purse bid.

Yeah, just utterly meaningless branding to most people. Really should've just called it UBC and given it the UFC branding and everything.

LOL - Hunt him down while running in the opposite direction.

He don't want Opetaia's smoke. Has already said he's headed straight back down after Zurdo.

We will actually see how good his chin when he fights David , I've seen Jai hurt one or two times too, and if David hurts him , you know what's happening next lol

The old saying from Predator "if it bleeds , then we can kill it"

David aint hanging around for us to find out. He's just doing a hit and run on Zurdo and then heading straight back down. Says so himself. Don't you listen to what he says?
