Okolie has been calling him out for a good while now, he's really keen to face Kababyel. Okolie is number 1 with the WBC, and Kabayel is the WBC interim champ and mandatory challenger.

Okolie was even ringside at his last fight in Germany. Frank Warren wants it to, he promote them both so it's an easy fight to make.

If Kabayel had the cojones and thought he'd definitely beat Okolie he would have taken the fight anyway.

He simply must see it as too tough a fight to risk his WBC mandatory status.

Heavyweights of recent times such as Parker, Povetkin, Whyte.. would have definitely have took the fight whilst they were waiting. Kabayel is more the wait around whilst taking easy fights type.

Kabayel only wants Usyk, but it's not that easy, Okolie and even Hrgovic called out Kabayel...

Kabayel vs Okolie is a much better matchup than Yoka vs Okolie. It would have been the perfect fight for Kabayel while he's waiting for the WBC title opportunity.

I don't believe Kabayel is avoiding Okolie, but I do think old Fish Eyes is having his precious British heavyweights avoid Kabayel.

Okolie is completely unproven, beating Zhang is far above anything Okolie has done what are you talking about?

Okolie is not on Kabayel's level, he is unproven at heavyweight.

Nobody wants to fight Okolie because the money is probably not great and even if they were to beat him, it's probably be a stinker and lower their value commercially

Hrgovic-Kabayel would be a decent fight.

Okolie is a former world champion, big lump that weighs 270lbs, us awkward and punches hard, only has lost once and has never been knocked out. and isn't 41 with a small gas tank like Zhang,

It's be clearly Kabayel's 2nd toughest fight at least.

Okolie's supreme confidence in facing Kabayel tells me he thinks Kabayel would be made for him.

He wasn't knocked out by CBS because he clinched so much he should have been DQ'ed thrice at least.

Kabayel is obviously a bit of a cherry-picker. However there isn't really much to gain fighting Okolie. Plus, Kabayel is fighting in May, with Okolie fighting Yoka in April

Would like to see Kabayel fight Hrgovic in May. Bakole and Gassiev would be passable at this rate. Although, my money is on that Kabayel will fight this Hysa dude.

Okolie hasn’t done anything at heavyweight besides being the WBC champion at bridgerweight (a fake weight class) to earn the #1 ranking. He also looked horrible against Ebenezer Titty, but he did look pretty good against Kevin Lerena. In time, he might become a good heavyweight. Right now, though, Kabayel would destroy him, and no fan really wants this fight.

Why people defend Kebabyal is hard to fathom.
He's ducked challenges for about a decade.
Look how old he is and who he's fought.
He fought Chisora a very long time ago and what happened since? At the time Chisora was a contender.
Even when he fought Big China, Big China had already been beaten by Parker. Why didn't he fight him around the time he was destroying Joyce?
There are so many people he could have fought over the years.

Kabayel vs Bakole would be amazing. Make it the co-main with Wardley-Dubois. Pure mayhem.

Hrgovic would be good too. But talk about a high-risk low-reward fight, can't imagine Kabayel takes that one.

Kabayel would beat Okolie, but it would be an ugly fight because Okolie is an octopus who looked bad last time out. Does nothing for Kabayel to beat him.
