If you're calling for Itauma to get a shot at Usyk, you have no business complaining about Rico

This will maybe bring ten new eyes to the sport, because who the **** is Rico? Everyone who watches Glory kickboxing knows Usyk. Kickboxing is one-twentieth the size of MMA. At least people knew who Francis Ngannou was, and when people fought him, no belts were on the line. Moses Itauma has already proved he’s a better boxer than Rico Verhoeven, because Rico has only had one fight. A win over a shot Dillian Whyte is still better than anything Rico has done in boxing. Also, knowing kickboxing doesn’t make you a good boxer (most of them are ****); former kickboxers who succeed in boxing are good because they trained in boxing for a long time.

 

Glory does fewer views on live events on YouTube than ProBox. Boxing doesn't need whatever little exposure this fight gives. The Moses fight would do massive numbers in the UK, even though I do agree with you it shouldn't happen. Usyk can have this easy fight, but if he is not going to Kabayel, he should vacate the WBC belt.

If there were concerns about CTE like you're implying you wouldn't put him in the ring against anyone.

But again, you're speculating and trying to present it as fact. If Itauma had the injuries your guessing about, his team and the boxing authority wouldn't let him fight. Pure and simple.

If you don't think Itauma is fit to fight based on what you saw, fine, it's dressing this up like Rico is somehow acceptable because of that that's making you look like a bit of an idiot.
