Well, we can either take fighter's word or look at the the things as observers. If we are doing the later, the hardest puncher that Briggs fought was Darroll Wilson who laid him out cold with a single left hook. Against Lewis he kept getting up again and again and again

 

Another fighter that Lewis put to sleep that Foreman did not:

Well, it can hardly be described as "put to sleep". Morrison got up quickly each time he was knocked down. It wasn't anything like he got brutally KO'ed by Mercer or demolihed in 1 by Bentt.

Also, judging purely by results, 11-1 (6 KOs) Bentt hits way harder than Foreman, Lewis or Ruddock

 

An early 90s Foreman had the heaviest hands of that bunch. The way his opponent’s head would snap back and the expression they’d get, its like he’d hit them with a baseball bat or something, it was just so loud and heavy. He had almost no speed so KOs weren’t there but in terms of damage dealt, none of the other guys could bruise and knock people around like Foreman when they landed.

KO power goes to Lewis. He has multiple fights where people just go out and away after he touches them.

 

The way he avoided fighting serious contenders.

 

Completely and utterly irrelevant here, even for someone as mentally troubled as you when it comes to Foreman
